Yehor Velychko has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, with positions in various companies. Yehor started their career at Ukrainian Mobile Communications as a Service Expert and Sales Expert. Yehor then joined Kyivstar GSM, where they held multiple roles including Loyalty Manager/CRM Manager, Head of SME Support Unit, Head of SME Sales Management Unit, and Deputy Director (B2C). After that, Yehor worked at Ukrtelecom as the B2C Director (Deputy Sales and Service Director). Yehor then moved to ADPHONE International, where they held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, overseeing product launches, commercial strategy development, sales channel management, and relationships with partners. Currently, they are working at lifecell Ukraine as the Head of Customer Loyalty Enhancement Division, responsible for managing customer base, loyalty programs, customer experience improvement, and special offers development.

Yehor Velychko completed their Ms. S. program in Poltava from 1999 to 2004 at the Poltava University of Economics and Trade.
