Candy Wells, BSN, MM, has extensive experience in organ donation and transplantation services, currently serving as the Director of Organ Donation Services at LifeCenter Northwest since December 2011. In this role, Candy oversees all facets of organ donation, including referral response, family support, and surgical recovery services. Previously, Candy worked as a Surgical Donation Consultant at the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation, and as Donation Services Manager at the Northwest Tissue Center/Puget Sound Blood Center, leading teams in health services and program development. Early career roles included positions in organ procurement and intensive care nursing. Candy holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Washington State University.
