Carla Lusby

Carla Lusby is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and transformation. Currently serving as VP of Finance Transformation at Lifecore Biomedical since December 2024, Carla previously held the position of VP of Finance at Societal™ CDMO from November 2020 to December 2024. Prior to that, Carla was Director of Finance at Recro Pharma, Inc. from July 2017 to November 2020 and has also worked at DSM in various roles including Business Unit Controller and Senior Project Manager from April 2013 to June 2017. Carla began their career at Kensey Nash Corporation, where significant roles included Sr Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Academically, Carla holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a degree from Cairn University.
