Santiago Jaramillo Montoya has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Santiago worked as a Project Professional at Parque Tecnológico de Antioquia in 2011 and as a Commodity Buyer at Faurecia in 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Business Development Manager at Biointropic. In 2013, they co-founded APROPIA and held the role of Co-Founder until 2017. Santiago served as a Lecturer in Management at Institución Universitaria ESUMER in 2016. In 2016, they also started working as a Guest Lecturer at Universidad de Antioquia and continued until 2018. Santiago had a brief stint as a University Lecturer at Universidad EAFIT in 2017. Since December 2017, Santiago is the Group CEO at LifeFactors.
Santiago Jaramillo Montoya has a diverse education history. Santiago started their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Universidad EAFIT in 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from l'INSA Centre Val de Loire from 2010 to 2012.
In 2016 and 2017, Santiago attended Universidad de Salamanca, where they earned a Diploma of Education focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Later, in 2019 and 2020, they enrolled in Universidad EAFIT once again, this time obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
To further enhance their entrepreneurial skills, Santiago completed a training program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of St.Gallen in 2019 and 2020. In 2022 and 2023, they pursued additional training in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Continuing their educational journey, Santiago is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Universidad EAFIT, beginning in 2023.
