Jordan Shakeshaft

Jordan Shakeshaft is currently serving as the Head of Content at Lifeforce starting from December 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Fitness & Programming at Tone It Up from May 2018 to December 2021. Jordan also worked as the Editorial Director at Daily Burn from May 2013 to March 2018. Before that, they worked as the Fitness Editor & Multimedia Director at Greatist, Inc. from June 2011 to May 2013. Jordan also gained experience as a Freelance Writer and Reporter for various publications in New York City from August 2009 to June 2011. Jordan started their professional journey as an Online Intern and Freelance Contributor at WomansDay.com in June 2010. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Operations at Jan Leslie Corp from September 2005 to July 2009. Jordan also gained experience as an Editorial Intern at MR Magazine in June 2005, and as an Editorial Intern at Sports Illustrated from March 2001 to June 2001.

Jordan Shakeshaft completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French Literature with minors in Linguistics and Asian Studies from Swarthmore College between 2001 and 2005. Jordan then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Arts and Cultural Reporting from the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, during the academic year of 2009 to 2010.
