Karen Katzenbach

Karen Katzenbach has a diverse work experience spanning several sectors. Karen is currently working as a Health Coach at Lifeforce since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Voice Over Artist at Remarkable Voiceover from April 2022. Before that, they worked at Noom Inc. from May 2018 to August 2022, holding various roles including Project Manager, Coach Leadership; Program Manager, Coach Leadership; Project Manager; and Health Coach. Karen also worked as a Contributing Writer at Whole Life Challenge from December 2016 to January 2019. Before that, they owned Momentum Fitness from May 2011 to October 2018. Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Karen served in the United States Air Force, holding positions such as Deputy Director for Curriculum Development and Environmental Public Affairs from 2004 to 2010. Karen was also a Public Affairs Specialist from 1997 to 2003. Before joining the Air Force, Karen worked as an Editor at West Milton Record and as a Journalist at Englewood Independent in the 1990s.

Karen Katzenbach has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Dayton. Karen also obtained the Precision Nutrition Level 2 certification from Precision Nutrition in 2017. In 2012, they completed the Precision Nutrition Coach program, specializing in Nutrition Coaching. Karen Katzenbach has also attended various courses related to CrossFit training, including the Certified CrossFit Trainer/CrossFit Level 3 program in 2015, the CrossFit Coaches Prep Course in 2011, and the CrossFit Basic Barbell, CrossFit Movement and Mobility, CrossFit Nutrition, CrossFit Gymnastics, USAW Club Coach, CrossFit Level 1, and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting programs in prior years. Additionally, they have completed the Defense Information School program with a focus on Public Affairs, Journalism & Communication. In terms of additional certifications, Karen obtained the Change Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in April 2021 and the Leading for creativity certification from IDEO U, also in April 2021.
