Claude V. is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at LifeGift since September 2021. In this role, Claude oversees the vision, strategy, and leadership of the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent for the organization, which is dedicated to providing lifesaving organ and tissue transplants. Prior to LifeGift, Claude was a Senior Recruitment Partner at Lonza from 2019 to August 2021, managing recruitment functions for the Cell & Gene Therapy division. Claude's career also includes over a decade as an Executive Recruiter at Qualitec Consulting Group, LP, demonstrating a strong commitment to the recruitment industry.
