Msha Joseph Kreeb

Joseph Kreeb's work experience spans over several positions in the field of tissue services. Joseph started their career as a Tissue Recovery Technician at LifeShare Of The Carolinas, where they led a team in the recovery, storage, and distribution of donated tissue, and also facilitated the recovery process by obtaining consent from donor families. Joseph then worked as a Sales Representative at LifeNet Health, where they assisted hospitals and surgeons in obtaining donated tissue for transplant and provided in-services on the uses of donated tissue to operating room staff and physicians.

Following this, Kreeb worked as the Manager of Tissue Services at Carolinas Healthcare System/LifeShare Of The Carolinas. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of the tissue bank, oversaw scheduling, performance evaluations, training of recovery staff, and ensured compliance with regulatory agencies. Joseph also acted as the point of contact for funeral homes and medical examiners, as well as the Administrator On Call for all donor-related issues.

Kreeb then moved on to DCIDS Tennessee Donor Services, where they served as the Director of Tissue Services. In this role, they oversaw tissue services operations, worked with senior leadership on budgeting and strategic improvements, and ensured compliance with quality control measures for tissue recovery practices.

Currently, Kreeb is employed by LifeGift as the Vice President of Tissue Services. Here, they provide strong leadership and development to tissue operations, collaborates with internal and external business partners, and is responsible for tissue quality. Joseph also directs areas of improvement through metrics and improvement initiatives, provides senior leadership to business opportunities, and oversees budget development and forecasting.

Joseph Kreeb, MSHA, holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 1989 and 1992. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in May 2018 and as a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist from the American Association of Tissue Banks in September 1998.
