James Maynard

James Maynard currently serves as the Pastor at Licking River Baptist Church since March 2024, following significant experience in emergency medical services and law enforcement communication. Since August 2019, Maynard has worked as an Emergency Medical Technician with Lifeguard Ambulance Service LLC, after completing training as an EMT Student. Prior roles include Security Guard at ARM Security Services, Customer Service Representative at Sitel, and various dispatcher positions at the Pike County Sheriff's Department, Appalachian First Response, and the City of Pikeville. Maynard's responsibilities have encompassed emergency dispatch, employee training, and overseeing communication operations. Educational qualifications include a diploma from Belfry High School and attendance at Big Sandy Community and Technical College.
