Melanie McDonald

Melanie McDonald currently works at LifeHealthcare as the Customer Service OTC Team Leader. Melanie previously worked at Terumo as a Customer Support Specialist. Melanie's responsibilities include processing customer purchase orders, consignment replenishment, invoicing, and investigating credit and debit notes. Melanie also handles complex inquiries through various communication channels. Melanie is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Human Resources from TAFE NSW.
