Virginia Woo's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked in administrative services at Russell Reynolds Associates. From 1998 to 2000, they designed and delivered training for the firm's proprietary CRM system and other applications. Virginia then served as a technology training coordinator from 2000 to 2002, where they directed consultants and internal staff to deliver training for a global operating system upgrade. From 2002 to 2004, they were the technology training manager at Russell Reynolds Associates, with global responsibility for technology training and conducting needs analysis.

In 2004, Virginia joined Christie's as the global systems training manager, where they recruited and managed a global team of trainers and designed and facilitated numerous programs for the global deployment of various technologies. From 2009 to 2015, they served as the global systems training AVP and later as the VP at Christie's, where they played a key role in a multi-year enterprise-wide transformation project and managed a team of trainers.

Following their time at Christie's, Virginia worked at Own The Room from 2016 to 2021, where they held various roles including producer and sales operations manager. In these roles, they were responsible for end-to-end event production, managing international training deployments, and building relationships with clients.

Most recently, Virginia joined LifeHikes® in 2021 as a customer success manager. LifeHikes is a global professional training company, and in their role, Virginia helps companies like Facebook, Alibaba, Dropbox, and Google achieve high performance through professional development.

Virginia Woo has a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from New York University.
