Divya Chekki

Divya Chekki has been working in the software industry since 2005. Divya began their career as a Project Intern at CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), where they gathered requirements for specifications and project scope, performed manual testing of the product, and worked on the project report and documentation. In 2005, they joined Kodiak (Motorola Solution) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked with Integration Testing and Global Operations teams for Advanced Voice Services in the telecom domain. Divya provided Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performed automated-continuous testing, sanity testing, functional testing, load testing, performance testing and regression testing. In 2008, Divya moved to Accelper Consulting as a Project Manager. That same year, they also began working as a Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they evaluated class assignments, exams and projects, supervised class and group discussions, and organized guest lectures and presentations. In 2010, Divya joined Virgin Pulse as a Business Analyst / Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where they worked in a SaaS environment utilizing AGILE methodology. Divya tested web-based applications and mobile applications, and performed functional, integration, performance, regression and user acceptance testing. Finally, in 2013, Divya joined Life Image as a Senior Manager- QA and Program Delivery.

Divya Chekki obtained their Masters in Information Technology & Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2010. Divya then obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2001 and 2005. In May 2014, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
