Rowena Nguyen

Rowena Nguyen has over 20 years of work experience in the accounting and finance field. Rowena began their career in 1994 as an Accounting Associate at Legal Sea Foods, where they audited daily sales reports and processed invoices for payments. Rowena then progressed to become an Office Manager and Support Center Supervisor at Legal Sea Foods. In 1997, they moved to Gordon Brothers as an Accounts Payable Coordinator, where they supported corporate accounting through research, bank reconciliation and other accounting methods. In 1998, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Financial Analyst II, where they prepared daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and trained colleagues on use of new financial reporting tool software. Rowena then moved up to become a Financial Accountant II at Fidelity Investments. In 2013, they joined Athleta as a Sales Associate. In 2014, they joined Connance as a Staff Accountant, where they worked closely with the CFO and Controller using QuickBooks and Intacct for all AP, AR collections, expense reports, and month-end account reconciliation activities. In 2017, they joined Life Image as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accounting Specialist, and Accounting Specialist. Rowena also joined Brae Burn Country Club as a Staff Accountant, where they prepared month-end reconciliations, handled accounts payable activities, and prepared 1099 forms for annual filing.

Rowena Nguyen attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
