Candice McGinnis

Candice McGinnis is a seasoned professional in labour relations and human resources, currently serving as the National Manager of Labour Relations at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services since December 2022. With a robust background in advising on labour relations issues and collective agreements, Candice has previously held significant roles at The University of British Columbia as Senior Manager of Faculty Relations, and at Vancity as a Human Resources Consultant. Prior experience includes managerial positions at The Coca-Cola Company overseeing labour relations in Canada, and the School District No. 43 (Coquitlam), where Candice addressed HR issues for support staff. Educational credentials include a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Alberta.
