Darcy Martin

Darcy Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution design and business analysis, currently serving as a Solution Designer for eCommerce at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services since February 2022. At LifeLabs, Darcy is involved in a cross-functional team dedicated to the development and enhancement of the company's eCommerce site utilizing Oracle CX Commerce, focusing on integration with backend systems. Prior to this role, Darcy amassed over 25 years at Xerox Canada, serving in various capacities including Senior Solution Architect and Business Systems Analyst, where contributions included the development of an eCommerce application and leading customer data management for a significant ERP implementation. Additionally, during an earlier role as Oracle Application & System DBA, Darcy managed the Canadian Oracle database team, ensuring compliance and performance optimization. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
