Joan Ngo

Joan Ngo possesses extensive experience in data analysis and research within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Government Performance and Reporting at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services since November 2019, Joan has excelled in producing insightful reports and conducting statistical analyses to inform strategic business decisions. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN, focusing on evidence-informed curriculum improvement, and a Graduate Researcher position at the University of Toronto, where Joan managed multiple research projects and contributed to numerous publications and presentations. Additionally, work as a Behavioural Insights Researcher at CARROT Insights involved providing key insights for corporate and government partners. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology, a Master of Arts, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
