Ed Bush has over 28 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Manufacturing at LifeLens Technologies, Inc. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Plant Manager at CharterNEX, where they were responsible for overall Plant Staffing and management of personnel consisting of 56 Hourly employees and 16 direct/dotted line Salaried personnel. From 1999 to 2017, they were the Plant Manager at Bemis Healthcare Packaging, where they were responsible for overall Plant Staffing and management of personnel consisting of 160 Hourly employees represented by two independent Unions and overseeing 55 Salaried personnel. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as the Team Operations Manager at Green Bay Packaging Inc., where they were responsible for the manufacturing performance and overall manufacturing operations of one team.
