Michelle Jurkouich, PMP

Michelle Jurkouich, PMP has over 25 years of professional experience in product and change management. Michelle began their career in 1994 as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at ADP. Michelle then moved to Merrill LynchPro in 1996 in a similar role. In 2000, they joined DPC as a TSP Coach and Senior Programmer/Analyst. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics as a Manager of Engineering, managing a team of developers and leading process change. In 2013, they joined Dovetail as the Head of Technology Change Management, where they established a new department and created the Release Management Team. Michelle also took on the role of Product Project Manager and worked with all departments to manage client requests. In 2017, they joined Fiserv as the Director of Change Management, expanding the role to include creation of the US Solution and incorporating Fiserv Process/Tooling. Finally, in 2021 they joined LifeLens Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Product/Change Management.

Michelle Jurkouich, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, obtained in 1989, and a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, obtained in 1994. Michelle has also obtained several certifications, including a PMP from PMI in 2013, a SCRUM Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2008, a Personal Software Process Engineer from SEI in 2006, a Certified Team Software Process Coach from SEI in 2008, and an Authorized Personal Software Process Instructor from SEI in 2001.
