Greg L. Thompson, MD has extensive work experience in the field of anesthesiology. Greg L. Thompson, MD, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General at Southern Methodist University from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they attended The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from 1985 to 1989. Dr. Thompson then pursued a Residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, which they completed from 1990 to 1993.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a medical license from the Tennessee State Board in 1993 and a medical license from the Mississippi State Board in 2011. Additionally, Dr. Thompson became a Diplomate of The American Board of Anesthesiology in 1994.
