Chris Rayment

Chris Rayment is an experienced professional with a diverse background in crisis support and community engagement. Currently serving as Lifeline Bondi Centre Support since June 2023, Chris recruits, coordinates, and trains over 100 Lifeline Crisis Support volunteers. With a commitment to mental health, Chris has been a volunteer Crisis Supporter for Lifeline Australia since December 2020, providing essential telephone support. Chris also has experience in offering in-shift support to crisis supporters, including immediate feedback and debriefing after high-risk interactions. In addition to crisis support roles, Chris is the Chief Exploring Officer at Secret Cities, creating custom scavenger hunts and exploring urban hidden gems. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Common Capital Pty Ltd, Business Development Manager at Low Energy Supplies & Services, and Senior Market Risk Analyst at EDF Energy. Chris holds a BA in Geography from the University of Southampton.
