Mark West

Mark West is the Head of Architecture and Insights at Lifeline Australia, where he designs integration and information flows between Lifeline's systems to provide services to help seekers, crisis supporters, and Lifeline staff. Mark is also the Owner and Data Evangelist at Intelligent Data Solutions Pty, focusing on the Microsoft cloud data platform. Previously, Mark worked as a Product Owner for AnyCloud at Transport for NSW, a Group Manager at Avanade, a Manager at ACARA, a Technical Lead at AIMIA, a Principal Consultant at Attain IT, a Technical Project Manager at Carlson Marketing, a Senior Engineer at Sapient, and a Senior Consultant at Client Server Professionals. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing & Management Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University and a Higher National Diploma in Mathematics & Statistics.
