Beth Stanley Perez, LMSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, particularly in international adoption and child advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Education & Equipping and Director of Global Care Initiative at Lifeline Children's Services since August 2011, Beth manages international adoption programs in Latin America and provides crucial support for orphaned children and adoptive families. Previous roles include Child and Family Therapist at Children's Aid Society, where Beth focused on case management and counseling, and internships at JBS Mental Health and Catholic Family and Child Service, emphasizing assessment and resource brokerage for children and families. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mobile.

Lifeline Children's Services is a domestic and international ministry reaching out to vulnerable children through adoption, orphan care, foster care, and the Gospel. Lifeline Children’s Services is a non-profit 501c3 ministry and licensed agency founded in 1981. Lifeline promotes the sanctity of life through ministry to young women in the midst of unplanned pregnancy, domestic and international adoption services, foster care, and orphan care through (un)adopted. Since its founding, Lifeline’s commitment has remained focused on working with Christian families, to ensure that children are raised with the truth of who Jesus Christ is as their Lord and Savior. Lifeline currently has offices in 10 states.
