Jackie Ortiz is an experienced program manager currently working at North County Lifeline since November 2021, having previously held the position of program coordinator at South Bay Community Services from April 2019 to November 2021. Jackie also served as a program coordinator at Prism Behavioral Solutions for a brief period in 2018 and at North County Lifeline from April 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included roles as an intake and rehab specialist. Jackie Ortiz holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Humboldt State University (2010-2012).
