Vivian Fabian is an experienced Youth and Family Counselor currently working at North County Lifeline since September 2014, specializing in individual, family, and group counseling for adolescents on probation using trauma-informed practices. Prior experience includes serving as an MFT Trainee at San Diego Youth Services and as Director of Social Services at LifeSTEPS, where Vivian managed various social programs and community initiatives. Additionally, Vivian held administrative roles with the National Partnership to End Interpersonal Violence and Alliant International University, focusing on database management and conference organization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Alliant International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French Language and Literature from Brandeis University.
