Crystal Hall LMHC has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Crystal started their career as a Therapeutic Classroom Assistant at Volunteers of America, where they provided assistance to young children in a prevention program. Crystal then worked as a Residential Counselor Assistant at the same organization, where they supervised clients in a dual-diagnosis residential treatment program. Crystal also volunteered as a Crisis Line Volunteer at Lines for Life, answering crisis hotlines and providing support to callers in need. Crystal later served as a Professional Mental Health Counseling Intern at Lewis and Clark Community Counseling Clinic and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they performed intake and assessments, guided clients in treatment goal development, and taught symptom management skills. Additionally, Crystal worked as a Research Assistant at Lewis and Clark College, where they managed databases, implemented quality control procedures, and performed data entry for research projects. Currently, Crystal is employed as a Mental Health Professional at Lifeline Connections.

Crystal Hall LMHC completed their Bachelor's Degree in Photography from the Pacific Northwest College of Art from 2003 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling and Addictions from Lewis & Clark College from 2012 to 2015.
