Kojo Kandi

Kojo Kandi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Clinical Education and Development Specialist at Lifeline of Ohio, focusing on hospital development. Kandi also works as a DEIB Consultant for Significance, where training modules for corporate diversity and workforce development programming are created and facilitated. In an academic role as an Adjunct Professor at Columbus State Community College, Kandi develops and teaches business management courses. Previously, Kandi managed the My Brother's Keeper program for the City of Columbus and taught business education at South-Western City School District, enhancing student performance through technology integration. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Columbus (OH) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Kandi's background in finance includes a tenure at Bank of America as a Relationship Manager and Regional Manager, significantly driving sales growth. Kandi holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a B.A. in Business Management from Capital University, and a certification in Business Teacher Education from The Ohio State University.
