Marcia Blanchard

Marcia Blanchard currently serves as the Quality Assurance Coordinator and formerly as the Hospital Development Coordinator at Lifeline of Ohio, where responsibilities include providing education on organ, tissue, and eye donation and implementing strategic plans for hospital donation programs since September 2017. Prior to this role, Marcia gained extensive experience in human resources at WBNS 10TV as a Human Resources Specialist, focusing on recruitment and on-boarding, and at The Dispatch Printing Company, where Marcia held multiple positions including Benefits Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Administrator, managing employee benefits, payroll adjustments, and general office administration. Marcia holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, specializing in Video and Photography from Columbus College of Art & Design.
