Sara Huffman

Sara Huffman has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Sara is currently working as the Chief Quality Officer at Lifeline of Ohio since November 2022. Prior to this, Sara held the position of Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at the same organization from January 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining Lifeline of Ohio, Sara worked at Molina Healthcare from 2015 to 2021. During their tenure at Molina Healthcare, they served as the Associate Vice President of Quality Improvement from June 2018 to December 2021. Additionally, they held positions such as Director of Finance & Analytics, Manager of Reporting & Analytics, and Healthcare Analyst II.

Prior to joining Molina Healthcare, Sara worked at Premier Community Health as the Community Health Education Manager from February 2008 to October 2010 and as the Community Resource Coordinator from January 2007 to February 2008.

Sara's earlier experience includes working as a Public Relations Intern at Lifeline of Ohio from September 2004 to December 2006. Sara also worked at Lifeline of Ohio as the Business Intelligence Analyst and Community Education Coordinator.

Sara Huffman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness from The Ohio State University, starting in 2001 and completing in 2005. Sara then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Behavior Health Promotion at The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Sara Huffman obtained certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality in December 2018, and as a Certified Business Intelligence Professional from Villanova University in September 2014.
