Sharon Miller Cindrich has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sharon started their career as a Writer/Creative Director/Communications Contractor, where they worked independently as a contractor. Sharon then became the Marketing and Program Manager for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where they managed and marketed a community education and workforce development program. After that, they worked as the Marketing & Public Relations Manager for Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, where they led a marketing team and managed media relations and event management. Sharon founded Kreativ, On-Demand, offering on-demand creative marketing solutions for health-focused and nonprofit organizations. Most recently, they have worked at Lifeline of Ohio, first as a Strategic Hospital Development Coordinator, where they built relationships between hospital partners and organ procurement organization, and currently as the Chief Communications Officer (CCO), leading internal and external communications, advocacy, and outreach strategies.

Sharon Miller Cindrich holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from PennWest Clarion. Sharon also has a Master of Public Administration and Leadership (MPAL) degree from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. Furthermore, Sharon has obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
