Craig Samuel

Craig Samuel has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Craig started their career in 1998 as a Senior Service Representative at International Business Machines (IBM), where they managed service accounts for large brokerage firms. Craig then took on various roles at IBM, including Trainer & Instructor, Client Services Analyst, Client Advocate Project Manager, and Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they provided strategic account management, developed sales and marketing strategies, and built effective customer relationships.

In 2016, Craig Samuel joined Lao Family Community Dev as a Computer Lab Instructor/Coordinator, where they coached and taught diverse community members in job skills and computer literacy.

Additionally, Craig Samuel has worked at LifeLong Medical Care since 2016, where they have held multiple roles. Craig worked as a Security and Safety Engineer, ensuring the safety and security of the organization's facilities. Craig also served as the Interim Director of Facilities Management, responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's property and physical assets. Currently, they are the Director of Facilities Management, leading a facilities team and coordinating capital project planning.

Craig Samuel has a Bachelor of Science degree in E-Business and Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Golden Gate University, where they studied Computer Information Systems. Craig also holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business and Information Technology, as well as Electronics, which they acquired from Heald College between 1987 and 1989.
