Deborah Workman

Deborah Workman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, planning, and grant administration, currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Planning at LifeLong Medical Care since November 2017. Deborah has held various roles within the same organization, progressing from Grants & Planning Manager to Associate Planning Director before achieving the senior director position. Previously, Deborah served as Executive Director and Program Director at Elder Abuse Prevention: A Consortium Serving Alameda & Contra Costa Counties and held a Service Coordinator role at Eden Housing, Inc. Additionally, Deborah worked as a Program Coordinator at Bay Area Community Services and began a career in community engagement as a Volunteer Coordinator at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Education includes a Master of Public Health in Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
