Julieth Chambers-Osman

Julieth Chambers-Osman currently serves as the Senior Director of HR, Benefits & Communications at LifeLong Medical Care since November 2024. Previously, Julieth held the position of Head, Global Benefits North America at Technicolor from February 2016 to May 2024, where strategic development, design, and implementation of benefit programs in the US and Canada were successfully managed. Prior roles include Head of Global Benefits and Mobility at Deckers Brands, where Julieth provided leadership in health, retirement, global benefits, and mobility programs, and Senior Manager of the National Benefits Group at Deloitte, where oversight was given to $400M health and welfare plans and $3B retirement programs. Julieth began a career in human resources as Associate Director at the University of South Florida, leading a team focused on various HR functions. Julieth holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brooklyn College.
