Kathryn Stambaugh

Kathryn Stambaugh has extensive experience in geriatric services and program management, currently serving as the Geriatric Services Director and founding Adult Day Health Care Program Director at LifeLong Medical Care since September 2003. In this role, Kathryn oversees all aspects of the Adult Day Health Care program, including interdisciplinary team supervision, budgeting, policy development, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Kathryn held positions such as Senior Planner at the Center for Elders Independence, where leadership was demonstrated in developing participant care planning processes, and Assistant Director of Development at Horizons for Homeless Children, focusing on marketing and fundraising. Earlier roles include Administrative Coordinator at Harbor Me and Grantwriter at Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses. Kathryn holds a Master of Public Health degree from UC Berkeley, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia.
