Robbie Hurtado

Robbie Hurtado is an Employment Program Specialist for the City of Richmond. She has served as a Mental Health Behavioral Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor and has been trained as a licensed vocational nurse. For over 17 years she has been providing referral services and resources to the people in her community. She serves as a Community Board Member of Rubicon Program, a non-profit provider of housing, training, employment and mental health services in Richmond. She also served as an Executive Board Member of Brookside Community Health Center for 17 years before they merged with LifeLong. She has served as a member of the LifeLong Medical Care Board of Directors since 2012.
