Beau Dion Butler has over a decade of experience in operations and case management within health and social services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations and Prevention Program Manager at Lifelong since August 2016, Beau specializes in implementing procedures related to HIV/STI testing and supervising staff. Previous positions include Assistant Manager of MCM, overseeing multiple teams and implementing operational procedures, and Lead Wellness Advocate, focusing on case management for low acuity clients. Prior experience includes roles as Case Manager at Community Psychiatric Clinic, Behavior Health Case Manager at DESC, and Behaviorist at Rolling Hills, demonstrating a strong background in crisis intervention, skill development, and client support. Beau holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University, earned from 2010 to 2012.
