Brian Norrish

Brian Norrish has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brian started their career at Active Health Management Inc. as a Clinic Director, where they managed the clinic's operations, financial performance, and business development activities. Later, they joined Centric Health as the Director of Business Development, responsible for managing 12 Auto Insurance Preferred Provider Network treatment accounts. Brian also oversaw the performance goals of 46 affiliate rehabilitation clinics in multiple provinces. Currently, Brian is Vice President of National Operations at Lifemark Health Group, where they have held various roles, including Vice President of Operations for Ontario and Ontario East. In their most recent position as Director of Operations, Ontario, they managed the on-boarding of new clinics, supported clinics facing challenges, and worked on priority projects for the company. Brian also provided leadership to area managers and clinic directors while aligning with corporate goals and objectives. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in operations management, business development, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Brian Norrish completed their Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, starting in 2001 and graduating in 2005. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology from the same university, starting in 2005 and finishing in 2006.
