Michelle Coleman

Michelle Coleman possesses extensive experience in customer service and training roles. Currently, Michelle serves as the Guest Service Team Lead at Millcroft Inn and Spa since September 2021. Prior to this, Michelle's career at Air Canada spanned from May 1988 to retirement, including positions such as Inflight Service Training Specialist and Customer Service Learning Specialist. Additionally, Michelle has held roles as Customer Service Resource Deployment Coordinator and Customer Service Agent. Recently, from April 2021, Michelle has been the Clinic Coordinator at Lifemark Health Group. Earlier in 2020, Michelle worked as a Credentialed Trainer at Trillium Health Partners. Michelle's educational background includes studies at George Brown College and Central Technical School.
