Aljosha Armitano

Aljosha Armitano has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at RES Group, where they developed software to facilitate migrations of VBA programs to C# and optimized SQL query generator. From 2015 to 2016, Aljosha worked as a C++ Developer at ADVANCED Schema, where they contributed to a project involving a large HTTP server and custom ORM for SQL and NoSQL databases.

In 2017, Aljosha joined ADVANCED Schema again as a Full Stack Developer at their subsidiary NODATA. Aljosha worked on various projects related to data analysis and visualization for clients. From 2018 to 2019, they took on the role of Feature Team Leader at NODATA, leading a team of 5-7 developers as the product and technical lead.

In 2020, Aljosha became the Head of R&D at ADVANCED Schema, responsible for creating a new team of developers dedicated to research and innovation in the data environment. Aljosha focused on data visualization for domains such as real estate and healthcare, as well as exploring payment mechanism innovations in Europe.

Most recently, in 2022, Aljosha joined Lifen as a Software Engineering Manager, where they oversee software engineering activities and manages a team of developers.

Aljosha Armitano completed their education from 2013 to 2018 at EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Expert en Technologies de l’Information, specializing in Technologies de l'information. From 2016 to 2017, they also attended Université Laval, focusing on Génie Logiciel. Prior to that, they earned their Baccalauréat from Lycée Sacré Coeur Aix en provence between 2010 and 2013, majoring in Sciences de l'Ingénieur.
