Louise Bays

Louise Bays has held various leadership positions in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as Directrice Lifen Care and Chief of Staff at Lifen from November 2023 to January 2025. Previously, Louise was Chief of Staff at Arkhn from September 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as COO at Hera, a company focused on developing a calendar app tailored for remote work, from January 2021 to August 2022. Louise also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Inato from May 2019 to January 2021, aiding pharmaceutical companies in reducing drug development costs. Early career experience includes a role as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2018. Academically, Louise is a graduate of ESCP Business School with a Master's in Management Grande École and participated in the S21 batch at Y Combinator in 2021.
