Kelly Laffey

Kelly Laffey, MBA, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at LifeNet Health since September 2015, Kelly has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Human Resources Business Solutions and Director of Human Resources Business Partners. Prior to this, Kelly was the Human Resources Director at Luke Family of Brands from July 2012 to September 2015 and held various roles at Target from October 2000 to March 2012, including Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader - Human Resources. Kelly earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2012 and 2014 and a BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington from 1996 to 2000.
