Elias Sochera

Elias Sochera is an experienced management trainer currently with LifeNet International since March 2020. Prior roles include serving as a Commerce and Office Procedures Tutor at the Ministry of Education and Skills Development in Botswana from April 2015 to March 2020, and as an educator with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in Malawi from October 2006 to April 2015. Elias Sochera holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, which was completed in June 2023, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Malawi, earned in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Mzuzu University, completed in 2006.
