Lydia Shen

Lydia Shen is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in counseling and therapy. Lydia has served as the Owner and Therapist at The Restoring Place PLLC since March 2023. Additionally, Lydia has been a Mental Health Counselor at Lifeologie Institute since November 2019 and has held the position of Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate at Wellspring Counseling Center of Greater Lafayette since January 2017. Earlier in their career, Lydia gained valuable experience as a Counseling Intern at Their Story Coaching and Counseling from August 2014 to April 2016 and at Dallas Life Foundation from May 2014 to August 2015. Lydia holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling (MABC) from Dallas Theological Seminary, completed between 2012 and 2015.
