Jennifer Kimball is an experienced leader in the healthcare and education sectors, serving as the Executive Director of Proactive Partners since August 2020, where the focus is on training law enforcement and caregivers for the special needs population. Simultaneously, Jennifer is the CEO and Founder of Proactive Nursing Solutions, aiming to enhance the quality of life for the geriatric population in Shreveport/Bossier. With a strong background in dementia care training as an Educator/Trainer at TR Training Solutions LLC and a Guide/Teacher for caregivers at GetSetup, Jennifer also works as a Field Assessor for multiple organizations, facilitating assessments for insurance benefits. In addition to healthcare roles, Jennifer has experience in film as an actress and has contributed to awareness campaigns for domestic violence. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Psychological Services from Marymount University and an Associate in Nursing from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
