Martin Klopper

Martin Klopper is a business leader who serves as the CEO of LifePlus, a role they have held since 2014. They are also the Chief Executive Officer of LifePlus Education Management (formerly WellSpring Education Consulting), a position they began in 2019. They previously served as Managing Director at Leadership Development International Training from 2010 to 2014. They serve on the Board of Directors for Impact for Community Development (Refugee Education Services) since 2023. Their education includes a Masters Degree in City & Regional Planning from the University of Cape Town (1983–1984), a Diploma in Higher Education in Inter-Cultural Studies from The Open University (1992–1994), and an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Change Management from the University of Surrey (1999–2000).
