Denise Lake

Denise Lake currently serves as the National Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance for Behavioral Health at Lifepoint Health® since February 2023. Prior to this role, Denise held various positions at Springstone, including Senior Director of Quality and Corporate Director of Quality for the East Region from May 2017 to February 2023. Denise's earlier experience includes roles as Manager of Quality and Risk and Senior Improvement Nurse at University Hospitals of Cleveland from October 2011 to May 2017, as well as a Quality Improvement Specialist role at Cleveland Clinic from June 2007 to October 2011. Denise Lake holds a Master of Business Administration degree from American Sentinel College, earned between 2015 and 2017, a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from the same institution, obtained from 2011 to 2015, and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College, completed from 1992 to 1995.
