Jen Alderfer

Jen Alderfer currently serves as Division President for the Western Division at Lifepoint Health®, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Jen was Market President for the Montana and Wyoming markets at Intermountain Health from September 2017 to October 2023. Prior roles include President at SCL Health and Good Samaritan Medical Center, and President & Chief Executive Officer at North Suburban Medical Center from April 2010 to September 2017. Jen also served as President & CEO at HCA/HealthONE and held several leadership positions within the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Colorado Hospital Association. Jen holds dual degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, earned between 1998 and 1999.
