Kimberly Chipman

Kimberly Chipman, JD, BSN, RN, serves as the Director of Quality, Performance Improvement, and Risk Management at LifePoint Health® since July 2021. Previously, Chipman held the position of Director of Risk and Quality Management at Acadia Healthcare and has extensive experience in healthcare quality improvement and regulatory compliance from roles at Southern Regional Medical Center, HCA Healthcare, and the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control. As the Owner and CEO of Healthcare Risk & Performance Consulting, Chipman developed strategies for enhancing compliance and risk management. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor in Healthcare Law from the University of Dayton School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, and a nursing diploma from the Miami Valley Hospital School of Nursing.
