Laura Mattavi

Laura Mattavi, MBA, CHFP, CRCR, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Finance Operations at Lifepoint Health® since September 2025. Previously, Laura was the Chief Financial Officer at Berks Community Health Center from August 2024 to September 2025 and held similar CFO roles at OAA Orthopaedic Specialists from October 2021 to August 2024, Holy Family Senior Living from August 2019 to October 2021, and Prospectus Berco from June 2016 to August 2019. Laura's earlier experience includes positions as Controller at PBS39 and OAA Orthopaedic Specialists, Director of Finance and Controller at Harrison Senior Living, Senior Accountant at Keystone Human Services, and Finance Manager at Phoebe Ministries. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
