Sarah Baker Daugherty

Sarah Baker Daugherty serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Lifepoint Health® since July 2017, and previously held roles as Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, overseeing legal matters related to hospital operations across multiple states, including issues related to fraud and abuse, privacy, and contract negotiation. Prior to Lifepoint Health®, Sarah worked as an Associate Attorney at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP from September 2012 to July 2017, where contributions were made to the Health Care team, focusing on regulatory and transactional matters within the health care sector. Sarah's legal career includes summer associate positions at Sturgill, Turner, Barker & Moloney, PLLC and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in 2011. Sarah holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), magna cum laude, in English Language and Literature and Communication Studies from Furman University.
