Eliza Ileana Moga is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and technical leadership across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Navigator - Powered By LifeRaft since February 2023, Eliza previously held roles as Engineering Lead Manager at Index Exchange and Technical Lead at both Purkinje Inc and MD Financial Management. With a solid foundation in web-based applications using Microsoft technologies, Eliza has a history of working on large-scale projects that prioritize performance and scalability. Early career experience includes positions at Pelmorex Media, Ubisoft, and Gametronix, where significant contributions were made in software programming and game development. Eliza holds a D.E.S.S. in Informatique Appliquee from Université de Montréal and a Master's degree in Design and Implementation from Babes-Bolyai University.
